Description
The Fono MM MK5 phono stage is engineered for efficiency, user-friendliness, and authentic music reproduction. It features a fully discrete, cascaded complementary amplifier input stage optimized specifically for moving magnet cartridges. Housed in a newly redesigned case that complements the Fono MC and Rega’s latest electronics, it offers a contemporary appearance that fits seamlessly into any hi-fi setup. The Fono MM’s design prioritizes both aesthetics and electrical performance, sharing the updated aluminum enclosure found in the Rega Neo and Fono MC models for a cohesive, premium look. Its RIAA equalization is divided into two stages to reduce interference, employing polyester capacitors in the signal path and polypropylene capacitors within the equalization circuits for optimal audio fidelity.
