The Klipsch RP-500C II center channel speaker delivers exceptional vocal clarity and dialogue reproduction through its advanced acoustic engineering. The redesigned 90° x 90° Silicon Composite Hybrid Tractrix horn efficiently directs high frequencies with precision, while the Linear Travel Suspension titanium tweeter minimizes distortion for articulate detail. New Cerametallic woofers with aluminum shorting rings provide rigid, lightweight performance with reduced distortion and improved transient response. The vented tweeter design eliminates standing waves for cleaner highs, while optimized Tractrix ports ensure fast, turbulence-free bass transfer. An expanded horn geometry in this second generation creates a larger soundstage with enhanced directivity, making it an ideal anchor for any reference-quality home theater system.
