Description
The M50 is the largest in the M Series, a 3-way ported floor-stander, offering exceptional sound quality and specification. The legendary Falcon B139 woofer provides stunning bass, twin dedicated Falcon B110 midranges give exquisite midrange accuracy and definition. High frequencies are again provided by the custom Falcon M Series tweeter. A Custom metal plinth with heavy-duty CNC Falcon Stainless Steel spikes finishes an exceptional flagship loudspeaker.
There are 5 models in the range, with a planned center speaker. All have no-compromise 18mm M10 only) or 18/25mm MDF cabinets hand-built by specialist cabinet makers in Italy. Falcon’s commitment to quality is further shown by the use of heavy-duty custom Falcon-designed rear terminals are mounted on 2mm stainless steel plates throughout, and for the floor-standing M40 and M50, a heavy plinth is provided complete with CNC-engineered stainless steel spikes.
All drive units (apart from tweeters) are designed by Malcolm Jones and hand-built by Falcon to ensure the highest consistency and quality. The M Series tweeter is a custom-made design made for Falcon by SEAS of Norway.
